You are the specialist in your crop, we are the specialists in recording it. We set up your own assessment criteria in PlantScout — after that every round follows the same route: register it in the portal, score it in the app, read the results back as graphs.
Before you start
Your assessment criteria, set up in the system
We go through what matters in your product — bud opening, Botrytis, yellowing, drooping heads, stems written off — and configure exactly those fields. Every round and every colleague then scores the same points on the same scale.

Register the round
Enter the basics once: varieties or article groups, start date, supplier or customer, treatment and the purpose of the test. One line per vase, with the number of stems and a vase number.

Print the QR codes
Once the round is registered you print its QR codes and put one with every vase. That code is the link between the vase on the table and the round in the portal.

Score the first observation
Scan the QR code and the right vase opens, with your own criteria in it. Fill in your findings, add photos and remarks and save. The observation is sent to the web portal straight away.

Continue where you left off
The next visit starts at observation 2, 3 or 4 — the app knows what has already been scored. You keep counting until the registration is complete and the round is marked as finished.
